About Us

Sandy Fowler is passionate about helping women de-stress their lives. She teaches, blogs, speaks and hosts a radio show all focused on weeding out stress and creating more joy. Using holidays and special celebrations as a springboard Sandy helps women create happiness in their lives every day. She’s a wife, mom and business owner whose greatest joy, next to loving her family, is seeing the women she works with find the joy they’ve been looking for.

Sandy has experienced the ups and downs, the sorrows and joys that only family can bring. She knows what it’s like to spend your holidays, and many other days, stressed-out and running from sunrise to sunset only to end up disappointed in the end. She’s been there herself and blazed a trail out. Now she uses her down-to-earth, practical approach to living, working, and prospering to show you how to follow the trail so you can find the joy, fun and meaning you are looking for.

Sandy is a contributing author to “Living the Life of My Dreams”, the author of the forthcoming book “Homemade Holidays”, and the facilitator of the Heart Filled Holidays Christmas Club. She’s the creator and host of the radio show Heart Filled Holidays which can be heard anywhere there is internet access.

As the creator of the Heart Filled Holidays project, Sandy teaches you how to design stress free holidays that warm your heart and feed your spirit. She knows that you can have the special celebrations you want, ones filled with fun and meaning and which leave you with wonderful memories to cherish. And she hopes you’ll take those ideas and apply them to your everyday life to lessen the stress and increase the joy you experience every day. To help you get started she gives away free copies of “Fun and Festive Holidays You’ll Love” along with stress relieving tips and ideas at the Heart Filled Holidays website.

When she isn’t speaking, teaching or coaching, Sandy enjoys her time with family and friends. She especially loves to spend time with her husband and their two daughters camping, hiking, playing games, reading or wandering the beach where their dog can romp and run.

Her experience as a social worker left her with one profound lesson – the key to being successful in any situation in life is the ability to communicate.  From that time, she made it her mission to learn everything she could about effective communication and its impact on one’s ability to produce results.

In fact, after participating with one of the country’s first self-development corporations that specializes in communication and its impact on performance, Lisa was so drawn by her mission, that she left her social work profession and went to work for the corporation.

Since then, she has designed and led transformational seminars and studied Appreciative Inquiry with its creator Dr. David Cooperrider at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management.

In 2003 she founded her own consulting company, Transformational Conversations.  Since then thousands of people have benefited from Lisa’s unique ability to help them achieve their goals and attain success through effective communication.

Lisa is a founding member of The Creating WE Institute, an international group of critical thinkers dedicated to harvesting new forms of engagement and communication in the workforce.
